Prospect Restaurant at Scribner' Hollow - Hunter. NY. The only 4 star restaurant in Greene county and anywhere near Hunter and Wyndham skiing. Views of Hunter Mountain Ski Slopes and the range of green Catskill Mountains. The food is better than the view with a selection of entres any "city" restaurant would envy. Great wine choices, too.
